Step 2

Apply through the official route

Australian residents file in person only at the Polish consulate in Sydney, after completing and printing e-konsulat and booking there.

  1. Confirm Australian residence and first participation; request the Australian government support certificate.
  2. Complete e-konsulat and print it; book a Sydney submission appointment.
  3. Prepare the apostilled criminal record, photos, full insurance, accommodation, maintenance and separate departure evidence.
  4. Attend personally, sign the purpose declaration before the consul and pay the confirmed fee; check the visa issued.

Step 3

Read your approval and entry conditions

Read the entire approval notice: identity, dates, entry deadline and conditions. Keep it available offline. Do not assume the visa starts on your preferred date.

Step 4

Get ready for the trip

Budget accommodation separately from monthly maintenance and the departure reserve. Arrange the apostille before the appointment.

  • Passport, visa and requested evidence accessible offline.
  • Initial funds, insurance and departure costs checked separately.
  • First accommodation and airport transport arranged.

Step 5

Start your Working Holiday

Track all paid-work periods against the six-month total; preserve the language/cultural purpose and granted national-visa dates.

Language courses · commercial service

Plan a language course for your trip.

Through ViveCampus you can request language-course quotes with international-student discounts. Offers may vary by your country of origin and destination. A personalized quote confirms available discounts and the final price. Booking a course does not guarantee a visa.

Language/culture purpose is explicit, but a maximum course duration is not established here.
