First participation, without dependent family. Prepare two photos, apostilled police evidence issued less than 90 days before the appointment, housing, funds, insurance and education evidence. The embassy accepts plain education copies and certificates for a pending diploma.
The embassy allows initial accommodation evidence for 15–20 days. As cautious preparation, arrange evidence for 20 days and budget for the rest of your trip. Later accommodation is not free.

Language courses · commercial service
Through ViveCampus, you can get quotes for language courses with international-student discounts. Offers may vary by your country of origin and destination. Request a personalized quote to confirm available discounts and the final price. Booking a course does not guarantee a visa.
Step 2
Up to 100 per year
Treaty allocation for Argentines, not remaining places or consular appointments.
Appointments use the E-Visa portal. The embassy does not accept applications with intended travel more than 90 days after the appointment. Check its official calendar: general appointment releases are not an annual programme opening.

The embassy publishes this national fee, payable at the appointment exclusively in Argentine-peso cash. Confirm the conversion and current local amount before attending.

The Argentine route combines E-Visa registration and document upload with a personal appointment and printed file. Confirm the peso payment and current originals with the embassy; the initial upload is not an approved visa.
The embassy gives approximately 40–60 days from the appointment, depending on complexity. Appointment waiting time is additional and no approval date is guaranteed. ARPT4

Wait for a written decision. Before booking, check your entry deadline and the conditions of the permit you receive.
Up to 12 months
The memorandum counts the stay from first entry and permits multiple entries. MNE states it cannot be extended. The embassy specifies 90 days from authorisation to collect the visa and enter: check your document’s dates.
Step 4
Sufficient funds are required for your stay and travel, including a return ticket or money to buy one. The embassy accepts peso or dollar bank balances; confirm the amount and accepted evidence before applying.
Insurance for one year
The programme-specific instructions require one year of health cover. MNE includes hospitalisation and repatriation; the embassy requests the insurer’s statement with dates, continuous cover and insured-person details.
Mark what you have reviewed. This helps you organise your trip; it is not a requirements assessment.
These marks are not saved or sent. Reloading clears them.
Step 5
Up to 6 months of total work
The limit is cumulative, not six months per employer. Work supplements the holiday and permanent employment is not allowed.
Up to 6 months of training
You may take one or more training or development courses lasting up to six months in total. Confirm your chosen course fits the authorisation.
