Argentine passport + MVV
The Argentine route requires an MVV and permit application in your country of origin, in Buenos Aires. Your passport must have at least six months remaining when the MVV sticker is affixed.
A mandatory language test is not confirmed here. Dutch may help daily life; check each course’s entry requirements before enrolling.

Explore Dutch courses →Form 9561 and antecedents appendix
Prepare photo, passport and copies of identity details and stamps, signed antecedents appendix and departure evidence. Check translations and legalisation. Previous regular residence in the Netherlands can prevent participation: contact IND before applying.
The MVV permits entry; the permit establishes residence. Arrange the sticker appointment within three months of IND’s decision. The MVV is valid for 90 days: follow the dates on your document.
Argentina appears in IND’s tuberculosis-test exemption appendix. Check the current version before completing the declaration; a general form section does not itself make the test compulsory.
Language courses · commercial service
Through ViveCampus, you can get quotes for language courses with international-student discounts. Offers may vary by your country of origin and destination. Request a personalized quote to confirm available discounts and the final price. Booking a course does not guarantee a visa.

No next opening date is confirmed here. After the consular appointment, IND requires the documents and payment within three weeks of the date written on the form by the representation.
EUR 85
The full amount must reach IND within the three-week deadline. Use your V-number as the reference and check whether bank fees reduce the transfer. Confirm payment instructions in the current official form, not on this site.
For Argentina, begin the MVV and residence application together at the Dutch representation in your country of origin, then send the file to IND and pay within three weeks as instructed. After a positive decision, book the MVV sticker appointment before travelling.
IND’s decision period is 90 days and may be extended, for example for an incomplete application. Appointment waiting time, the MVV sticker and permit collection are additional steps; this is not a guaranteed travel date. ARNL1

Step 4
IND requires sufficient money for your stay and a return ticket or funds to buy one. You must estimate your budget; this page gives no fixed minimum. You may not rely on Dutch public benefits.

Mark what you have reviewed. This helps you organise your trip; it is not a requirements assessment.
These marks are not saved or sent. Reloading clears them.
Step 5
Occasional work; no self-employment
Work may fund the holiday, including full-time work, but not the whole year for the same employer. Self-employment is not allowed. This is not unrestricted work permission.
