- Prepare passport, photo, lawful-stay evidence, funds, departure costs and full-stay insurance.
- Submit through Enter Finland or on paper, pay and prove identity at the mission.
- Check the decision and card-delivery instructions before travel.
Step 3
Read your approval and entry conditions
Read the entire approval notice: identity, dates, entry deadline and conditions. Keep it available offline. Do not assume the visa starts on your preferred date.
Step 4
Get ready for the trip
Use a photo no more than 6 months old and colour passport identity and annotated-page copies. Japanese applicants need full-stay illness and hospital insurance.
