Different names, different conditions
A Work and Holiday visa, Working Holiday Authorisation and university-based Work Holiday Pass have different rules. Use each destination’s own instructions; do not substitute an incoming-to-USA J-1 programme.
Austria’s recent-graduate route and Portugal’s US youth-mobility route are included with their education conditions. Ireland explicitly has no upper age limit, while Portugal’s age rule remains unconfirmed here. Those two routes remain visible for individual review rather than receiving an invented age limit.
