Optional test changes required funds
Accepted test evidence lets you demonstrate at least NZD 4,200 rather than NZD 7,000. For example, IELTS requires 5.0 in Speaking and one other skill. Sit the test in person at a centre; results must be no more than two years old when applying. Self-assessment or buying a course is not evidence.
Explore English courses →3 years of tertiary study
You must have completed at least three years of full-time tertiary study. INZ asks for qualification or transcript evidence verified by Peru’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Health, character and genuine intentions are assessed; medical or police evidence may be requested. You cannot have previously received a New Zealand Working Holiday visa, even if unused.

Without accepted results, prepare the NZD7,000 minimum. Before paying for a test, check Peru’s specific table; other programmes’ scores do not apply.
Arrange Peruvian verification of the qualification or transcript. If medical or police certificates in another language are requested, provide certified English translations and original copies as INZ directs.
