Documents and previous participation

Letter, undertaking, departure, bank, police and insurance

The checklist requires a motivation letter addressing age and first participation, an undertaking form, departure ticket, bank certification and police evidence concerning the last three years under applicable formalities. A financial supporter requires a letter and bank certification.

Average balance is not monthly salary

Check the period covered by the bank evidence. Do not turn the required average into monthly income or assume any balance screenshot is sufficient.

Read the insurance coverage

Ask the insurer to identify coverage and dates, then compare them with the V visa list before purchasing.

Before applying

Bank certification must show the average balance over the last three months, above five current legal monthly minimum wages or the agreement’s limit. This is not a monthly salary requirement. Prepare police evidence from the country where you stayed during the last three years, with apostille or legalisation and translation as applicable. The policy must cover accident, illness, maternity, disability, hospitalisation, death and repatriation for the planned stay.
