Step 2

Apply for the visa

Belgian residents file at the Korean embassy by official appointment; the page lists EUR 81 by Bancontact. Confirm the current amount before attending.

  1. Check Belgian nationality, residence and first participation.
  2. Prepare form, travel plan, passport valid fifteen months, funds, insurance and medical/police evidence with the required apostille.
  3. Book the official embassy appointment and submit the complete file and confirmed payment.
  4. Keep the acknowledgement, respond to official requests and wait for the decision before non-refundable bookings.

Step 3

After approval

Read the entire approval notice: identity, dates, entry deadline and conditions. Keep it available offline. Do not assume the visa starts on your preferred date.

Step 4

Prepare your trip

The embassy lists KRW 3,000,000 but has a conflicting typo elsewhere. Confirm it rather than inventing a higher threshold. Visa insurance does not automatically exempt you from NHIS.
