Should I add USD 2,100 and USD 4,200?

No. They are alternatives: USD 2,100 with a return ticket or USD 4,200 without it.

References: KR-BR-WHIC-18

Should I book first?

WHIC instructs applicants to upload all RER documents before printing the receipt and booking.

References: KR-BR-WHIC-18

Is the family certificate exempt from an apostille?

WHIC’s visa-stage exemption does not waive authentication for later Federal Police registration.

References: KR-BR-WHIC-18

Is arrival registration due in 30 days?

For temporary-visa entry, Federal Police specifies 90 days from entry. The 30-day rule concerns another residence-authorisation route.

Does a free visa make the local card free?

Do not infer that the visa-fee exemption also waives registration or card charges; confirm applicable exemptions.
